This afternoon meeting provides  an opportunity to update knowledge, network with diabetes professionals and earn 3 CPD points. This event, which is free to health professionals, will be of interest to practitioners in primary and secondary care as well as researchers and those involved in the design and organisation of service delivery. Topics this year range from diabetes in younger people and the implications of glycaemic control  on cardiovascular outcomes, to islet cell transplantation and the functioning of CCGs.
